We create and maintain your general ledger, which is the
accounting records that show all the financial statement accounts of
your business
- Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
We provide auditing & consulting on all of your AP & AR
- Financial Statement preparation
We'll create custom financial statements based on the needs of
your specific business. Statements can be provided weekly or
monthly.
- Bank Reconciliation
Verification of bank statement balances and the company's
checkbook balances.
- AP Processing
Too many bills and not enough time to write out checks and balance
your register, we can do it for you!
- Tax Services
At the current time, tax services are not currently available.
As tax time nears, more information will be available.
- Inventory
Our inventory services vary by business type. For more

- Vermont Notary Public
Notary services are available for a small fee for our hourly
clients and free of charge for clients who pay monthly.
Pricing:
- Initial Setup Fee
One time fee for addition and setup and/or conversion of current
accounts to our system. $50.00
- Hourly
If you feel it would be beneficial to you to be billed by the hour,
our set rate is $25.00 per hour. This rate is for all Basic
Services, as described above.
- Monthly
Monthly clients receive all Basic
Services and Notary Public services for one monthly fee. Rates start at
$130.00 per month - up to 75 transactions. For a custom rate
